1. About us
TheTravelXperience UK Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 15 Berkeley Square, Mayfair, London W1J 6EH. References to "us", "we", and "our" mean TheTravelXperience UK Ltd.
2. Your contract
A contract is formed when we issue a written booking confirmation following receipt of a deposit. Until that point, prices, dates, and inventory are subject to change. Itineraries are tailored — final pricing is confirmed by your travel manager.
3. Deposits and payments
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed.
- The balance is due 60 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at booking.
- All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
4. Cancellations and amendments
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure the cancellation is made. Indicative scale (your written confirmation will state the exact terms applicable to your booking):
- More than 60 days before departure — loss of deposit.
- 30–60 days — 50% of total cost.
- 15–29 days — 75% of total cost.
- Within 14 days — 100% of total cost.
Amendments after confirmation may incur supplier change fees plus a TTX administration fee.
5. Documents, visas, health
You are responsible for ensuring you and every traveller in your party holds a valid passport and any visas required for the destinations on your itinerary, and that vaccination requirements are met. We will advise where we reasonably can but the legal responsibility is yours.
6. Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking with us. Cover should include medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, and personal liability.
7. Our liability
We accept liability for failures attributable to our own negligence. We are not liable for failures or delays caused by force majeure (war, terrorism, natural disaster, pandemic, industrial action, airspace restrictions, government action).
Where we act solely as an agent for a third-party supplier, that supplier's terms govern the booking and our liability is limited accordingly.
8. ATOL protection
Flight-inclusive bookings sold by us are protected under the ATOL scheme (where applicable). You will receive an ATOL certificate confirming the protection.
9. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
