How far in advance should I book my journey?
For bespoke journeys, we recommend 6–8 weeks in advance to secure optimal availability. Peak travel periods (December, Easter, summer) may need 10–12 weeks. TTX Circle members receive priority booking and can secure sold-out dates.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers (GBP, USD, EUR), Visa/Mastercard/Amex via Stripe, and instalment plans for bookings over £5,000. Nigerian clients can pay in Naira via our local partner bank.

Do you handle visa applications?
Yes. Our visa concierge covers UK visas, Schengen visas, and African entry. We guide you through application, document preparation, and appointment booking. From £250 depending on complexity.

What vaccinations do I need for African travel?
Requirements vary by country. Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory for most West and East African countries. We provide a full health briefing 6 weeks before departure including vaccinations, malaria prophylaxis, and insurance requirements.

How do I become a TTX Circle member?
TTX Circle is invitation-only, limited to 500 founding members. Applications reviewed by our committee within 72 hours. Silver tier starts at £3,600/yr.

Can I transfer my membership?
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You can add family members (spouse, children) for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
60+ days before departure: full refund minus £500 admin fee. 30–59 days: 50%. Less than 30: no refund. Travel insurance strongly recommended. TTX Circle Gold/Platinum members receive more flexible terms.
